Please carefully read the Equus Safelist
Terms of Service before becoming a member.

1. You agree to receive list messages from other members to your list (subscribe) e-mail address. 2. You agree to receive email messages from the Equus Safelist Administrator at your contact email address. 3. WARNING: Full mailboxes, autoresponders or bounced emails are prohibited and are cause for immediate removal from the Equus Safelist. No refund will be available under these circumstances. 4. WARNING: Derogatory, abusive or foul language toward other members is prohibited. 5. WARNING: Adult oriented messages or pornographic content is prohibited. Discretion in determining what is inappropriate content is left to the sole determination of the Equus Safelist administrator. 6. WARNING: Pornographic, adult, gambling, illegal or warez sites (distributors of pirated software) are prohibited. Discretion in determining what is an inappropriate site is left to the sole determination of the Equus Safelist administrator. 7. WARNING: Racially offensive, drug-related or illegal sites or content is prohibited. Discretion in determining what is an inappropriate site or content is left to the sole determination of the Equus Safelist administrator. 8. WARNING: Multiple accounts are prohibited. 9. WARNING: The following subject lines are prohibited when posting your ads on this safelist. These are misleading and unprofessional. * RE: or re: * Fwd: * PayPal has cancelled your account * URGENT * Your account has been cancelled / deactivated / terminated * From admin * Notification of payment received * I read your ad / I saw your ad Descretion in determining what is an inappropriate subject line is left to the sole determination of the Equus Safelist administrator. 10. WARNING: Equus Safelist is opposed to spam and our system is designed to offer advertizers an alternative to spam. DO NOT use spam in an attempt to gain referrals! All spam complaints will be investigated by our staff, and if a spam complaint is found to be valid, your account will be permanently deleted. If this action is taken you will lose all accrued credits and referrals and you will be banned from our system for life. 11. WARNING: You may not post a message with the same subject line more than one a day. 12. WARNING: Because we are a credit based safelist, we do not offer refunds. However, you do have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. 13. WARNING: Violation of any part of this Terms of Service is cause for termination of your Equus Safelist membership by its administrator. 14. The Equus Safelist Terms of Service, Membership Plans and Referral Program may change without notice and without prior approval of its membership.
